General Information

The property has a back and front door. Inside the back entrance there is a porch/utility space with hanging space for coats and floor space for boots and shoes. The porch opens onto the Lounge and downstairs shower/toilet.

 

The front door leads straight into the lounge. The Kitchen and stairs leading to the upper floor are accessed from the lounge. The upper floor has three bedrooms - two double rooms and a single room a bathroom and an upstairs landing.

 

There is oil Central Heating throughout with radiators in all rooms. Alongside the car parking area there is a drying area provided. The outside space is separate from the working farm and has been tastefully landscaped

Lounge

The lounge is separate from the kitchen/diner. Furniture is movable and consists of a 3 seater sofa, a large pouf and two 2 seater sofas. The flooring is laminate with a rug.
